3. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the foundation of our business. We recognise that our clients entrust us with highly sensitive information, and we treat that trust as sacrosanct.

3.1 Our Obligations

All information disclosed to us in the course of an engagement — whether oral, written, electronic or otherwise — is treated as strictly confidential. We implement rigorous information security protocols, including:

  • End-to-end encrypted communications for sensitive correspondence
  • Strict need-to-know access controls across all personnel and systems

  • The information is already in the public domain through no fault of our own

3.3 Your Obligations

You agree not to disclose any proprietary methodologies, tradecraft, operational procedures or intelligence products provided to you by Granite Intel & Protection without our prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill.
  • We shall not be liable for any outcomes, events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to actions of third parties, changes in law or regulation, or force majeure events.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
