Granite Intel & Protection Ltd is a private intelligence consultancy and executive protection firm. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Intelligence services — open-source intelligence (OSINT), threat assessment, due diligence, protective intelligence and strategic analysis.
  • Investigations — corporate investigations, fraud investigations, background screening, asset tracing and litigation support.
  • Surveillance operations — covert and overt surveillance conducted within the bounds of applicable law and in accordance with professional standards.
  • Risk and security consultancy — risk assessments, security audits, crisis management planning and travel risk management.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. The provision of any services is subject to a formal engagement agreement between Granite Intel & Protection and the client.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 Our Obligations

  • Strict need-to-know access controls across all personnel and systems

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of Granite Intel & Protection Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.

4.1 Website Content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from this website without our prior written consent, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing the website
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use

4.2 Deliverables

Intelligence reports, risk assessments, investigative findings and all other deliverables produced during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Granite Intel & Protection unless explicitly assigned to the client under a written engagement agreement. Clients are granted a licence to use deliverables for their own internal purposes only.

4.3 Trademarks

The Granite Intel & Protection name, logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Granite Intel & Protection Ltd. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Website Use

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

5.2 Professional Services

Our liability in connection with the provision of professional services is governed by the terms of individual client engagement agreements. In the absence of a specific agreement:

  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill.
  • We shall not be liable for any outcomes, events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to actions of third parties, changes in law or regulation, or force majeure events.

5.3 Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Granite Intel & Protection. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites and expressly disclaim any liability arising from your use of such sites.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

We reserve the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website or engagement of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Where material changes are made to these Terms that affect existing client engagements, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients directly via email or through the client’s designated point of contact.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Granite Intel & Protection Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit or transmit through this website
